A hand-tofu restaurant opened in a renovated 60-year-old hanok. They stone-grind 100% domestic soybeans purchased from Yangju (Gangwon-do) to make fresh, handmade tofu. Popular dishes are the plain-style —soft tofu gently boiled without strong seasonings—and a stir-fried spicy pork served with fresh tofu. Kongbiji (soy pulp) is provided free for customers to take home. Reservations are accepted only for groups of 20 or more.
