(115 reviews)Opened in 1982, Jinmi is a long-standing fixture on Suwon’s famous Chicken Street. The open kitchen lets you watch chicken being fried in a traditional cauldron, and both floors fill quickly with locals and visitors from opening time. Their signature is the classic (fried) cooked in a gamasot, prized for a weighty, crackling batter and clean, simple meat; fried orders come with chewy dak moraejib (gizzard). The sweet-and-spicy yangnyeom version is also a local favorite.
