4.1
(72 reviews)Hwanghae Haemul sits at the far end of the coastal road by Incheon International Airport and is a straightforward, popular shop that fills up with weekend day-trippers. Their signature seafood arrives in an impressively large bowl: a kelp-based (dashima) broth loaded with mussels, dried pollock, scallops and clams. The noodles are thick and pleasantly springy, with no raw flour taste, and the overall flavor leans clearly of the sea. Note: there’s a second branch within a three-minute walk if the main shop is crowded.
