A third-generation market eatery famed for its spicy, yukgaejang-like Hanwoo beef-head . The bowl is generous with beef head meat and assorted offal (tripe, lung, omasum). The staff simmer a rich broth in a gamasot (large iron cauldron) all day; when you order they ladle the broth over seasoned meats, add the braised beef, and finish with a scattering of chopped green onion. All dishes are available for takeout.
