Running since 1967 and now in its third generation, Eomeoni Daeseongjip recently moved into a three‑storey building (January expansion), so dining is roomier and more comfortable. Their signature dish is : a clear, refreshing broth built on house‑dried ugeoji (napa cabbage greens) and served generously with bean sprouts, brisket (yangji), and seonji (coagulated blood). The soup is finished with a tor-yeom technique that lets the broth soak into the rice, giving evenly seasoned grains. Soft, deeply flavored ugeoji and the springy texture of seonji balance the rich broth nicely. The restaurant also serves a range of anju — modeum (assorted boiled cuts), (raw beef), deunggol (backbone) — which makes it a favorite for people who like to eat with drinks.
