A long-running (cold noodles) shop near Punggi Station in Yeongju with over 40 years of history. They stick to an I-buk (northern) style using 겉메밀 (outer buckwheat), stone-milled for a rougher, refreshingly clean noodle texture. The broth has its own distinctive, slightly addictive flavor—different from the Pyongyang commonly found in Seoul. Note: bulgogi is sold from a two-person order.
