A Mokpo institution, it draws long queues on weekends for its soft, moist baguettes — most famous are the Cream Cheese Baguette, filled with generous, velvety cream cheese, and the Shrimp Baguette, a savory baguette stuffed with a yellow mustard-tinged cream that recalls the crunchy, umami flavor of shrimp crackers. The baguettes are tender rather than chewy, making them a hit with both children and older visitors. Note: nationwide shipping runs only during the winter season (October–March) to keep the bread fresh.
